Tickler sues FBI to get to bottom of feet

AI entrepreneur and self-proclaimed tickling enthusiast Robert Viragh has had enough of bruises on the ankles of his AI-generated images.

He has sued the FBI to get to the bottom of the issue, in a petition under a U.S. law that requires agencies to perform duties owed to the plaintiff.
