Judgment of May 9, 2025 1. This injunction prohibits the NSA, and its proxies and agents, from interfering between the plaintiff, Anne Viragh, and the plaintiff, Robert Viragh, and/or communicating to, from, or about the plaintiffs, to prevent or disrupt the two plaintiffs from coexisting to raise a child, from communicating online, or from any acts of love. 2. The NSA, its proxies and agents are enjoined from placing any restraining order on the plaintiffs, from intercepting any messages sent between the plaintiffs online, from interfering with the plaintiffs during the plaintiffs’ acts of love, or from taking any actions to disrupt the coexisting relationship between the plaintiffs. 3. The NSA, its proxies and agents are enjoined from disrupting the child custody agreement between the plaintiffs, from disrupting the plaintiffs’ life together, from interfering with how the plaintiffs choose to live together, and from otherwise creating barriers in the life decisions of the plaintiffs. 4. Any violation of the terms of this injunction will be considered a crime. The plaintiffs, Anne Viragh and Robert Viragh, have the complete right to seek a restraining order against the NSA, its proxies, and agents for the violation of any provisions of this injunction. These plaintiffs may be granted the right to file a complaint with the respective state government offices if the NSA, its proxies, and agents have violated their injunction by placing a restraining order on the plaintiffs or by doing anything other than leaving the plaintiffs altogether alone, to their own choice of life together, without interference. 5. The court may modify this injunction, but the burden of requesting a modification is on the plaintiffs. This injunction is valid for a five-year period from the present date. If the plaintiffs wish to renew the injunction, the process of filing for renewal must start at least 30 days prior to the end of the date of this injunction. In the event of filing to renew, the court may request additional information in order to make an assessment of the need to renew the injunction, but those requests are not grounds for the court to modify the injunction.
